Privacy Policy

Who we are
The Dynamic Closer is run by me, Luke Jeffery. I have spent years taking high-ticket sales calls, and I now teach other people to do the same. If you are reading this you have probably watched the training on the front page, or you are about to book a call with me.
I mention that because a privacy policy is usually the most faceless page on a website, and I would rather you knew who was actually holding your details. It is me and a small team, not a call centre.
The company behind it is Apex Crown Consulting LLC, trading as The Dynamic Closer, a limited liability company incorporated in the State of Wyoming, USA, at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. That company is the data controller for everything described below.
For anything at all to do with your data, including asking to see it, correct it or have it deleted, email help@thedynamiccloser.com and it comes to us directly.
What we collect, and when
Browsing this page. We use analytics, and advertising measurement, to understand how this page performs. None of it runs until you accept cookies - if you decline, or ignore the banner, those tags stay switched off and the page works exactly the same. Some third-party services load as part of the page regardless, described under "Third parties" below.
Booking a call. The booking calendar is provided by Calendly. When you book, you give Calendly your name, email address and the answers to the questions on the booking form, and we receive that information. We use it to decide whether the programme is a fit for you and to contact you about your application.
Watching the video. The training video is hosted by Wistia, which records viewing data such as how much of the video was watched. We use this to judge whether the video is working, not to identify you personally.
Why we are allowed to use it
Where you submit a booking, we rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you started. Where cookies are not strictly necessary for the site to function, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by clearing site data in your browser.
Call recordings
Calls may be recorded for training and quality purposes.
Third parties
Calendly provides the booking calendar and processes what you enter into it. Wistia hosts and serves the video. Google Fonts serves the typeface, which involves your browser requesting files from Google. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data, and each may transfer data outside the UK under its own safeguards.
We do not sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep application and enquiry data for as long as we are in contact with you about it, and for a reasonable period afterwards. Where you become a customer, we keep records for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes, and then delete them.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, ask for it in a portable form, and withdraw consent at any time. Email help@thedynamiccloser.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are in the UK and are not happy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published here with a new date at the top.
